Hi Ben,

The only conference talk I’m aware of is Texas APS over the fall 2018 semester. To answer your query:

Talk title: Ion Beam Systems for Barium Tagging in Neutrinoless Double Beta Decay

Location: University of Houston

Date: October 20, 2018, which is a Saturday

No award was won by me (would be so cool if I got one, still bitter about that guy with the bad pdf)

Noteworthy demographic information: Asian, both parents are also Asians, is currently a US Permanent Resident (not sure what else to put here)

Best regards,

Jerry

P.S: Sorry for the huge delay. I hope research are going well for the group.

Subject: Reporting to DOE

Hello all,

Dave and I need to report our groups progress to DOE in the next few days. We need to collect a little information from you in order to do it. I’d like everyone who has worked on NEXT-relatred activities in the last year to please reply to this email in the next 24 hours.

This includes everyone, even undergraduates.

We need to know, within the date range August 2018 - August 2019:

1) Any conference talks you gave - title, location, date.

2) Any awards you won.

3) Anything we should know about you in terms of “demographic information”. I propose to let everyone self-define for this purpose, and we will fit it into the form as best it fits.

Note that DOE violates causality by asking us to report progress and events yet-to-happen. If you have a talk you know about coming up, please report it.

Thanks, all!
